Startup Readiness (Phase 1): In this phase, we specifically prepare your company for collaboration with startups. We analyze the specific challenge to be addressed and define the search radius. Startup Identification and Selection (Phase 2): The focus here is on identifying, scouting, and selecting suitable startups. This process culminates in a PitchDay where companies and startups get to know each other personally. Pilot Project and Long-term Cooperation (Phase 3): In the final three-month phase, we accompany you through a pilot project with the startup you have selected. Our goal is a long-term and successful cooperation.
